Job summary

ClearStaff Inc. is seeking production associates to perform cutting, counting, and bagging of orders as they come off the transfer machine in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. No prior cutting experience is required.

You will need to read and follow English worksheets, work 40 hours weekly (Mon-Fri), and be able to lift up to 25+ lbs while standing or sitting as shifts demand. Reliable attendance and communication with the production team are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior cutting experience required.
• Fluent English reading and comprehension; worksheets in English.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Must be able to lift up to 25+ lbs.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long hours.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to follow process specifications.

Responsibilities

• Cutting: Cutting, Counting, and Bagging orders as they come off the transfer machine
• Be in constant communication with the production manager if there are any defects or misprints to the order.
• Q.A.: Quality check every item, verify item is properly assembled, and contains no defects. Clip threads and package the item per company standards.
• Complete given orders efficiently and cleanly during daily shifts
• Meet or exceed given quotas for the day
