Job summary

Marvin currently seeks production associates to join our North Dakota facility. This role involves assembling windows and related components in a climate-controlled, safety‑focused environment.

Training will cover all aspects of the job, with mandatory overtime on all shifts. We offer health benefits from day one, paid time off, a built‑in pay raise after six months, and a robust benefits package that includes a 401(k) match and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
