About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of Ashley Furniture for a Production Associate in Chippewa Falls, WI. In this manufacturing role, you will build fine furniture using precision tools, operate production machinery, inspect components, and maintain safe, efficient assembly line operations.

• Build quality home furnishings using precision power tools, production machinery, and standardized assembly methods.
• Inspect incoming and finished wood, upholstery, and case goods components to uphold rigorous craftsmanship standards.
• Safely handle, stage, and position raw materials and partially assembled components across production lines.
• Record production counts, verify material tracking tags, and operate digital factory floor scanning systems.
• Perform routine tool maintenance, workstation cleaning, and adhere strictly to 5S plant safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities (Plant Excellence)

• Collaborate with line leaders and production teammates to achieve daily quality and output benchmarks.
• Identify cosmetic flaws or assembly variances early, performing immediate corrections to safeguard finished quality.
• Follow standardized operating procedures to maximize throughput while preventing workplace injuries.
• Participate actively in shift handover reviews and routine plant safety audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Physical capability to safely lift, push, pull, and maneuver components weighing up to 100 lbs throughout shifts.
• Comfortable operating hand tools, pneumatic nailers/staplers, drills, and factory equipment safely.
