Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is hiring Manufacturing Associates at our Chippewa Falls, WI facility. The first shift offers a training wage of $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for incentive pay once trained. Second shift includes a $1.00 shift differential and potential higher earnings.

Qualifications

• You are able to read, write, and comprehend the meaning of basic communications.
• The ability to learn basic computer and scanning systems.
• You must be able to remain on your feet for the duration of your shift; you will bend, twist, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist manufacturing processes on the production floor.
• Support assembly and material handling tasks as part of a team.
