Responsibilities

• Prepare finished pieces for shipping by wrapping, protecting, and palletizing merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized work station and participate in 5S workplace routines.
• Partner with line leads to maintain high manufacturing throughput while adhering to safe work practices.
• Unload raw materials and move work-in-progress stock safely between manufacturing bays and warehouse docks.
• Operate powered equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift trucks in compliance with safety standards.
• Scan inventory tags, verify item quantities, and record production updates using digital scanners.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest continuous improvement ideas to optimize production flow.
