Job summary

Safariland, LLC is seeking an assembler with chemical handling experience to mix and assemble products according to work orders. You will maintain a clean, safe work area and use appropriate tools and safety gear. This role reports to the Production Supervisor of the area.

Ideal candidates have a basic high school education, problem-solving abilities, and strong attendance. Join a team committed to safety and efficiency in a manufacturing environment in Casper, WY.

Qualifications

• Experience with chemicals preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities.
• Organizational skills and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Mix and/or assemble product per Work Order.
• Maintain a clean and safe work center.
• Operate applicable tools and equipment in area assigned.
• Wear safety protective suit and respirator as required.
• Report safety related problems to the Production Supervisor of area.
• Maintain area and equipment as assigned.
• Adhere to all applicable procedures and instructions.
• Report directly to the Production Supervisor of area assigned.

• Work with chemical handling and mixing
• Assemble product in a timely and cost effective manner
• Obtain skills needed to operate applicable tools and equipment in area assigned
• Safety protective suit and respirator usage
• Report all safety related problems to the Production Supervisor of area
• Maintain area and equipment as assigned
• Adhere to all applicable procedures and instructions
• Report directly to the Production Supervisor of area assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• One (1) year experience working with chemicals preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities
• Organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Good attendance is extremely important
