Job summary

Avient Corporation in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Production Associate to perform weigh-up and packaging duties in the production department. You will help ensure the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost while meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements.

We offer competitive compensation with a starting wage of $22.00 per hour plus shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and benefits starting day 1.

Pay: Starting at $22.00 or more- based on experience. Plus shift premium of $2.00 for 2nd shift & $2.50 for 3rd shift.

Hours: All three shifts available- 1st Shift, 7am-3:30pm / 2nd Shift, 3pm-11:30pm / 3rd Shift, 11pm-7:30am

Days: Monday to Friday

In this manufacturing position as a Production Associate with Avient you will be responsible for performing weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department. Ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost and meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with Avient policies and procedures.
