Production Associate

We seek motivated candidates who thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. This role involves duties in food manufacturing, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do:

• Implement KHMS practices such as 5S, shift hand-offs, problem solving, etc.
• Maintain quality by inspecting seals, labels, packaging, weights, odor, color, and temperature
• Insert components in cartons, record weights, and document data accurately
• Ensure supplies are used efficiently
• Operate packing or filling equipment
• Perform recordkeeping and housekeeping duties
• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Assist with sanitation, change-overs, set-ups, and minor maintenance
• Complete quality documentation and follow GMP guidelines
• Work professionally as part of a team and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives
• Complete training for upgrade and relief positions as required
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity for equipment operation and disassembly
• Stand for extended periods while working on tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to temperature variations
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
