Job Summary:
Production Associates are key contributors to our manufacturing processes. They operate various machinery and equipment and assemble EST products, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks related to production, including tumbling, handweaving, closing, end cap cleaning, tape cleaning, and vacuum sealing.
- Build on responsibilities of Production Associate I and II, including floating, pad printing, gluing, weaving, punch and die fiber cutting (Neff), rotary and laser fiber cutting.
- Perform additional tasks such as press fit lathe, drilling, warp fiber weaving, SVP/SGA, and act as quality inspector for EV.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout production to identify defects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area to ensure safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
