Job summary

Tanis Brush Incorporated in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate for our on-site manufacturing facility. This hands-on role emphasizes precision, safety, and teamwork to keep production lines efficient and compliant with quality standards.

You will load and operate machines, perform assembly and finishing tasks, inspect parts with measuring tools, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. Prior manufacturing exposure is valued, with a 4-day workweek and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and load production machines.
• Perform assembly and secondary operations (trimming, crimping, cutting, finishing).
• Inspect products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
• Package, label, and prepare materials per work orders.
• Complete inspection records and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 6S standards.
• Support safety initiatives and ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality systems.
• Collaborate with the team on process improvements and updated work instructions.
• Perform additional duties to support production goals.

Pay: $20-$22/hour + Annual Bonus + $2 shift premium
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 2:45 PM-12:45 AM
Location: On-site Manufacturing Facility, Delafield, WI

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process by:

Physical Requirements

This role is active and hands-on. You'll regularly:

• Stand and move for extended periods
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machine tools
• Perform repetitive hand movements (grasping, fingering, feeling)
• Wear required PPE (safety glasses, shoes, hearing protection; additional PPE as needed)
