Job summary

AGC Multi Material America, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing operations in Tempe. The role involves lay-up of prepreg materials, operating production equipment, and ensuring product quality with accurate material tracking and proper documentation.

Responsibilities include data entry into Oracle, labeling and staging materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work in a team environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• English reading, writing and communication is required.

• Inspect materials and perform basic measurements and testing.
• Maintain material traceability and production documentation.
• Enter production data into Oracle and label, bag, and stage materials.
• Clean equipment, clean rooms, and work areas per manufacturing procedures.
• Support press, setup, breakdown, and quality operations as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• All other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform lay-up of prepreg materials to build laminate products.
• Operate production equipment including sheeters, drills, press support equipment, and material handling tools.
• Inspect materials and perform basic measurements and testing as required.
• Maintain material traceability and complete production documentation.
• Enter production data into Oracle and label, bag, and stage materials.
• Clean equipment, clean rooms, and work areas per manufacturing procedures.
• Support press, setup, breakdown, and quality operations as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
