Production Associate

Ideal candidates are motivated to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, adhering to strict quality and safety standards in food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement KHMS practices such as 5S, shift hand-offs, problem solving, etc.
• Maintain quality standards by inspecting seals, labels, packaging, weights, odors, and temperatures
• Accurately insert components, record weights, and data
• Ensure proper use of supplies and operate packing or filling equipment
• Perform recordkeeping and housekeeping duties
• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Conduct sanitation, change-overs, minor maintenance, and adjustments
• Complete quality documentation and follow GMP guidelines
• Work professionally as part of a team and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives
• Complete training for upgrade and relief positions
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards

Physical Requirements:

• Perform bending, squatting, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing stairs
• Manual dexterity for equipment operation and disassembly
• Stand for extended periods during tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to temperature variations in the work environment
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
