Production Associate

Ideal candidates are motivated to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, adhering to strict quality and safety standards in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities include:

• Applying KHMS practices such as 5S, shift hand-offs, problem-solving
• Maintaining quality standards through inspections of seals, labels, weights, odors, and temperature
• Accurately inserting components, recording data, and ensuring supplies are used efficiently
• Operating packing or filling equipment and maintaining records
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Performing sanitation, maintenance, and change-overs
• Participating in safety and continuous improvement teams
• Completing training for upgrade and relief positions
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies

Physical Requirements

• Bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods and manual dexterity for equipment operation

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math, reading, communication skills
• Ability to work in varied temperature environments
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
