Olsten Staffing Services is working with a leading biotechnology company in Rockingham, NC specializing in food and fragrance flavors. We are expanding its production team and seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to an innovative and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities include raw materials inputting, product filling, equipment cleaning and maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe factory environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Honesty and hardworking attitude essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Availability to work from 1 pm to 10 pm.
• Weekend work as needed; ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Raw materials inputting and product filling.
• Equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Ensuring a clean and safe factory environment
• Additional tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Honesty and hardworking attitude
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Availability to work from 1 pm to 10 pm
• Weekend work as needed (equitably distributed)
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in food production
• Knowledge in microbiology and fermentation
• Basic electricity skills for mechanical maintenance
• Forklift operation capability
• Basic computer skills

Pay Details:

Pay for this position is $15.50/hr. plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.

Pay Details: $15.50 per hour
