You will be part of a safety-focused team, learning to operate tufting and related equipment while supporting shipping, receiving, and manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required. Training is provided for entry-level roles.
• Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and push as part of daily tasks.
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor carpet manufacturing equipment (tufting, creels, and related lines).
• Support material handling, packaging, and shipping activities as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
