ResourceMFG in Missouri is hiring Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team on multiple shifts. No manufacturing experience is required; we value dependable individuals eager to learn and grow.

2nd shift offers Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM at $16.00, and 3rd shift offers Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM at $16.00. This is a long-term growth opportunity with emphasis on GMP, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• No manufacturing experience required; eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
• Perform production tasks according to standard work instructions
• Complete hands-on manufacturing and assembly duties
• Utilize basic hand tools as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Identify and communicate equipment or material issues
• Ensure products meet quality and customer specifications
• Meet daily production goals and standards
• Work effectively in both team and individual settings
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
