Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for 2nd or 3rd shift in Rhode Island. The role involves safely manufacturing quality parts in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork, safety and efficiency.

Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential and a $1,500 sign-on bonus, along with a robust benefits package. Responsibilities include assembly, testing, material handling, welding, and interpreting blueprints.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical, repetitive work.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 45 lbs.
• Basic English proficiency to read safety instructions and work orders.
• Must be able to read and follow detailed production instructions.
• Forklift or crane license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and inspect parts in a fast-paced production setting.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to perform accurate welds and assemblies.
• Operate basic welding equipment per specifications.
• Ensure quality welds and adherence to safety standards.
