PeopleShare by PROMAN in Warrendale, PA is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our growing production team in a hands-on role supporting assembly and material movement in an advanced manufacturing environment.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a three-and-a-half-day weekly schedule (Wednesday 1 PM–7 PM and Thursday–Saturday 7 AM–7 PM). Opportunities to advance, overtime available, and potential union employment upon hire.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working around machinery and automated equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load components and materials into automated equipment for assembly operations.
• Supply production lines with materials and remove finished products as needed.
• Monitor equipment during production runs and communicate issues to leadership.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Scan, track, and document materials throughout the production process.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with general production, assembly, and material handling tasks.
