Location: 1067 Dillerville Rd Lancaster PA 17603

Pay: $20.16 - $28.64 per hour (pay for skill)

Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Shift Differential: $0.85 for all hours worked between 7P-7A

Job Duties

Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

• Input formulas for mixing raw materials and maintain pigment and other raw material levels to control color and appearance.
• Maintain appropriate levels of raw materials for continuous work processing.
• Operate equipment such as unroll, rollup, coating, printing, and embossing machines, including conducting pre-shift inspections and documentation.
• Inspect, wind, and package products.
• Use computers for data entry and equipment operation.
• Perform inventory management and accurate material usage.
• Perform safety start-up and shutdown procedures for equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and identify root causes of defects.
• Assist co-workers with cleaning and organizing work areas.
• Operate mobile equipment as needed.

Job Qualifications

Physical Demands

Employees must meet the following physical requirements:
