Pay: $20.16 - $28.64 per hour (pay for skill)

Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Shift Differential: $0.85 for all hours worked between 7P-7A

Job Duties

• Input formulas for mixing raw materials and maintain with defined levels of pigments and other raw materials for controlling color and appearance
• Maintain appropriate levels of raw materials for continuous work processing
• Operate unroll, rollup, coating, printing, and embossing equipment, conducting pre-shift inspections and documentation
• Inspect, wind, and package products
• Use computers for data entry and equipment operation
• Perform inventory functions and track material usage accurately
• Perform safety start-up and shutdown procedures for equipment
• Perform quality checks and address root causes of defects
• Assist co-workers with cleaning and organizing work areas
• Operate mobile equipment

Job Qualifications

• Must pass background check, employment verification, and drug screening
• Positive and verifiable work history
• High school diploma or GED
• Willing to wear safety equipment and follow safety protocols
• Available to work any shift and day, including overtime with little notice

Physical Demands

• Frequent stairs, repetitive motions, and physical activities
• Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs., pushing, pulling, and maneuvering heavy loads
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Work in non-temperature-controlled environments; read instructions and inspect products
