Job Title: Production Associate 2

Job Details

Base Pay: $17.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate welders and saws.
• Assemble and process large patio doors.
• Fabricate and produce component parts for window assembly.
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment involving heavy lifting and manual tasks.
• Use hand tools to construct window units.
• Handle glass and components, including lifting onto build tables and roller racks.
• Move carts in and out of the production area.
• Load and process insulated glass units and assemble vinyl grids.
• Offload insulated glass units.
• Use production reports for planning.
• Perform quality audits and participate in problem-solving activities.

Minimum requirements include the ability to measure accurately, lift 50 pounds, perform basic math, read and interpret data, and stand for long periods. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
