Job summary

Jefferson Industries Corporation in West Jefferson, OH is seeking production associates for the Hot Stamp, Laser Cutting, and Weld Lines operations. The role runs on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with a starting wage of $18.75 per hour and potential increases over time.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Ability to stand on concrete up to 12 hours.
• Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop and twist throughout shift.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as required to meet customer demands.
• Overtime may be daily and/or weekend.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate hot stamp press: load dies, assembly, and prepare tooling.
• Set up laser cutting per product specifications and monitor process.
• Load/unload weld lines, change weld-tips, inspect parts for quality.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and restock for next shift.
