Job summary

Jefferson Industries Corp in West Jefferson, OH is seeking production associates for the Hot Stamp Department on 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00pm–6:30am). Responsibilities include operating hot stamp press, laser cutting, and weld lines, with emphasis on quality checks and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand on concrete up to 12 hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop and twist repeatedly.
• Willingness to work overtime as required to meet demand.
• Overtime may be daily and/or on weekends.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hot Stamp Press: set up dies, load blanks, prepare tooling, inspect quality, housekeeping, forklift if needed.
