ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Associate for a 1st shift position in Greenville, WI. The role involves performing line production tasks, operating equipment safely, and ensuring quality and proper documentation on a daily basis.

You will load/unload machines, inspect finished items, keep the work area clean, and communicate with the team to maintain steady production. Training and overtime opportunities are available.

Production Worker
Our client, a manufacturing environment is seeking a Production Associate - 1st shift to join their team. As a Production Associate you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to follow detailed instructions consistently—skills that will help you succeed in a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Greenville, WI

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: Days (5:00 am - 3:00 pm; M - Th. with occasional OT)

What's the Job?

• Perform production tasks on the line according to established work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Operate assigned equipment and tools safely and responsibly, following all plant procedures and training requirements.
• Load and unload machines and help ensure proper product and inventory
• Inspect, verify, and package finished items to ensure they meet required specifications and documentation needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe operations and efficient workflow.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to support continuity of production and resolve issues promptly.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work a 1st shift schedule: 5am to 3pm Monday through Thursday with occasional overtime on Fridays.
• Willingness to follow safety rules, standard operating procedures, and quality expectations every shift.
• Comfort with repetitive, hands-on production work in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic ability to read and understand work instructions and labels to ensure correct processing.
• Reliability and punctuality to support consistent production output.
