Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Associate for a 1st shift position in Greenville, WI. The role involves performing line production tasks, operating equipment safely, and ensuring quality and proper documentation on a daily basis.

You will load/unload machines, inspect finished items, keep the work area clean, and communicate with the team to maintain steady production. Training and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions consistently.
• Comfort with repetitive hands-on production work.
• Reliability and punctuality to support production output.
• Willingness to work a 1st shift (5am–3pm) with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks on the line according to work instructions and schedules.
• Operate equipment safely and follow plant procedures and training requirements.
• Load and unload machines and ensure proper product labeling and inventory.
• Inspect, verify, and package finished items to meet specs and documentation needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safe operations and workflow.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to resolve issues.
