Job summary
Morgan Truck Body in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will assemble full truck bodies, ensuring strength, precision, and pride in every build, with hands-on use of hand and power tools and a focus on safety.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old.
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Experience working on truck bodies is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Decode blueprints, work orders, and specs to power precision in each task.
- Master cutting wood and metal with various saws and cutters to hit exact sizes.
- Assemble parts with bolts, screws, rivets, and clips with secure fasteners.
- Operate pneumatic and hand tools to maintain efficient workflow.
- Set up machines and perform preventive maintenance to keep operations smooth.
- Inspect completed products to ensure top quality and catch defects before moving forward.

As a Production Associate, you’ll be hands-on in assembling full truck bodies, bringing strength, precision, and pride to every build. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something big, this is where your journey begins.
- Decode blueprints, work orders, and specs - including safety warnings to power precision in every task
- Master cutting wood and metal with a range of saws, shears, and cutters to hit exact sizes every time
- Assemble parts like a pro, fastening with bolts, screws, rivets, and clips that hold it all together strong
- Skillfully operate pneumatic and hand tools to keep the workflow sharp and efficient
- Set up machines and perform preventive maintenance that keeps everything running like clockwork
- Inspect finished products with a keen eye to ensure top quality and catch any defects before they move on
- Own safety and quality checks to create a workspace that’s secure and dependable
- Live and breathe safety by following all company policies and keeping the team protected
- Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills
- Working with hand and power tools
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Must be 18 years old
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Previous experience working on truck bodies
- Construction experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED

Clear communication is key, so you'll be regularly required to talk and listen as part of a safety-focused, team‑driven environment. You’ll also lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical movements like bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and occasionally crawling in tight spaces. Repetitive hand tasks and climbing ladders or working at heights are part of the role.
