Job summary

Super Radiator Coils is hiring for production roles in a manufacturing setting. Base pay is $22.67 per hour with an additional $1 per hour second shift differential. Vacancies include first shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) and second shift (2:30 PM–1:00 AM, with $1.00/hr differential).

Roles involve machine operators, assembly, brazing, crating, and related production tasks. Minimum requirements include reading blueprints, measuring, and basic PPE knowledge.

Qualifications

• Required: read detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Required: measure with measuring tape.
• Required: convert decimals to fractions.
• Required: assemble products using a variety of hand tools.
• Required: stand 8-10 hours daily.
• Required: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Required: High School Degree / GED / Certificate.
• Required: basic computer skills.
• Required: knowledge of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Utilize work orders and blueprints to ensure work is assembled according to specifications.
• Complete work within estimated time frames.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure products are produced on time.
• Communicate any machine complications or challenges to lead/supervisor.
• Participate in 5S, cleaning and organizing methods.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities: Specific job duties will vary based on the position that is best suited with the skills, experience, and interests of qualified applicants. Our production areas include machine operators, assembly, brazing, crating, testing, tube fabrication, material handler.

• Experience with progressive stamping.
• Skilled in performing quality inspections.
• OSHA certification
