Staffmark Group is hiring a Production Associate in Elk Grove Village, IL. The role involves hands-on production support, moving materials, and ensuring safe, efficient operations on a 12-hour rotating schedule.

The job requires a high school diploma or GED (manufacturing training helpful) and at least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or related fields. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a loud environment.

Responsabilidades

• Sort, stack, and organize mailing packets and marketing materials as they come off printing presses.
• Place finished printed materials into mail bins and prepare products for shipment.
• Stack filled mail bins onto pallets according to production requirements.
• Move completed pallets to designated staging areas using a manual pallet jack.
• Support production operations while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Work around high‑volume printing equipment in a busy manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate: $18.35 per hour

Schedule: A Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Shift Rotation: 12-Hour Rotating Schedule (Must be available to work weekdays and weekends)

• Must be comfortable working in a loud, non‑climate‑controlled environment that may become warm during production.
• Required to wear steel‑toe shoes, earplugs, and safety goggles when applicable.
