GE HealthCare in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Production Associate responsible for manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, machine operations and shipping transducers and probes to internal and external customers.

You will perform operations following procedures, maintain daily production output, troubleshoot basics, document manufacturing steps, and adhere to EHS/Quality policies. Join a team focused on quality and efficiency with opportunities for training and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
• Maintains daily production output.
• Performs basic manufacturing/assembly/refurbishment operations.
• Complete basic troubleshooting Ensure manufacturing documentation is correct/current.
• Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
• Participates in quality control inspections when required.
• Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
• Work with team to improve quality and reduce cycle time.
• Participate in 5S activities led by team lead/management.
• May assist with training peers when required.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.


• Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.


• Must be able to visually inspect machines.


• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.


• (If over 35 lbs. requires assistance).
