Job summary

Foremost Farms USA Cooperative, Inc. is hiring a Production Associate at our Richland Center, WI facility. In this role you will help produce a safe, high-quality dairy product and support efficient line operations on a rotating schedule.

You will work in a team, troubleshoot issues, and follow HACCP and GMP guidelines. The position offers On-site work with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and comprehend English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and holiday rotation required.

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce a safe and quality product


• Troubleshoot production issues and escalation to appropriate team members


• Trained on HACCP, GMP’s, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties


• Participation in a team environment
  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18years or older


• Able to read and comprehend the English language


• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)


• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock


• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


• Must be detail oriented


• Ability to stand for extended periods of time


• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment


• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous manufacturingexperience
