Job summary

Foremost Farms USA in Richland Center, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to join our facility team. You will help produce safe, quality dairy products and learn a wide range of manufacturing skills on multiple shifts.

Starting pay is $28.28 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour shift premium for 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, and increases to $28.56 after three months and $30.57 after six months. Training covers HACCP, GMPs and safety while you rotate weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and comprehend English.
• Ability to do basic math (addition/subtraction).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Produce a safe and quality product.
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate as needed.
• Learn HACCP, GMP, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs.

About This Opportunity

JOB TITLE: Production Associate

POSITION TYPE: Full time

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

STARTING PAY $28.28 per hour, plus an additional $2.00/hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00PM - 6:00AM.

Pay increases to $28.56 per hour at three months and $30.57 per hour after 6 months.

All new hires start on 2nd (2:00 pm- 10:00 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:00PM - 6:00AM) floaters, learning a wide range of skills across the facility. Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis.

Job Responsibilities
