ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Associate for an industrial manufacturing environment in Traverse City, MI. You will join the production team to support daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The role involves operating machinery, assembling parts, and verifying quality while adhering to established safety standards and procedures. Shift is 4:30pm–3:00am, Monday–Thursday, with opportunities to develop skills on the job.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years of production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures consistently.
• Attention to detail to support accurate assembly and quality verification.

Our client, an industrial manufacturing environment, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to learn and improve on the job.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: TRAVERSE CITY, MI

Pay Range: $21.00/hr

Shift: 4:30pm - 3:00am Monday-Thursday

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1-2 years of previous production experience (preferred).
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures consistently.
• Attention to detail to support accurate assembly and quality verification.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and perform tasks reliably in a production setting.
• Ability to stand, stoop, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
