Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Associate for a Milford, NH manufacturing role. The position supports the production line in a dynamic environment with a stable schedule.

Pay is $23/hr with Mon-Fri 2:30pm-10:30pm shifts, and training sessions on a 6:30am-2:30pm schedule for 1-3 months. The ideal candidate has one year of machine operation experience, strong manual dexterity, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 30 lbs.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate grinding and thread rolling machines efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform offsets as needed.
• Select appropriate equipment, grinding wheels, blades, coolants, and filtration systems.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and lead checkers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while maximizing production output.

As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line.
