Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Petersburg, VA is seeking a Food Production Associate to join our client’s production team. You will support daily operations on the production line, following GMPs and SOPs to help meet product specifications.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. The position runs from October through December with day and night shifts, emphasizing safety and teamwork to keep the line moving and quality high.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills required.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic.
• Customer-focused attitude to meet internal and external requirements.
• Successful completion of required screenings (background check and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.

Our client, food production and manufacturing environment is seeking a Food Production Associate to join their team. As a Food Production Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow written and oral instructions, and a team-first mindset that helps keep the line moving while meeting product specifications.

Job Title: Food Production Associate

Location: Petersburg, VA

Pay Range: $17.40

Shift: October through December. Day shift & Night Shift

• Perform tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.
• Keep pace with the line while maintaining safe, efficient production.
• Work as a team player to help ensure product specifications are attained.
• Communicate well with other team members and assist other departments as assigned.
• Follow company GMPs, SOPs, Plant Rules, and Policies; keep the work area clean.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Strive to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
