Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment within the Sharps Department, meeting quality, productivity, waste, and safety goals.
• Operate all packaging equipment, ensuring product is properly packed and labeled per specification.
• Participate as team associate to ensure successful daily operations of the Sharps Department.
• Operate equipment at acceptable quality and quantity levels.
• Perform quality checks as required by specifications.
• Maintain accurate production, downtime and quality records.
• Notify technical personnel of equipment malfunctions.
• Utilize Batch Numbers as assigned in SAP.
• Stamp Batch Numbers on shelf and case cartons with correct product and batch information.
• Perform general housekeeping duties throughout shift.
• Observe safety and environmental procedures and Quality Systems Requirements (QSR).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor to support business needs.
