Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Read work orders
- Attach frame sections, install glass panes, and secure hardware using hand and power tools such as screw guns
- Inspect completed windows for defects like gaps, misalignment, and damage, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work within established timelines to meet daily production goals
- Crosstrain across different production lines
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Qualifications
- Manual dexterity:Ability to handle small parts with precision and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail:Meticulously inspect each window for quality issues
- Basic mechanical skills:Understanding of hand and power tools
- Reading comprehension:Ability to read and interpret work orders
- Teamwork:Collaborate effectively with other assembly team members.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
