Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team at The Yohe Supply Company in Canton, OH. The Production Associate will play a vital role in our distribution operations, ensuring the efficient assembly of industrial and hydraulic supplies to meet the needs of our customers across various industries. Job Duties:

1. Supply Assembly: Assemble industrial and hydraulic supplies according to specifications and customer requirements using various tools and equipment.

1. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards and surpass customer expectations.

1. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of supply components and materials to support production requirements.

1. Machine Operation: Safely operate machinery and equipment involved in the assembly process.

1. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in production, warehouse, and shipping departments to fulfill orders and meet production goals.

1. Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.

1. Documentation: Complete production reports, logs, and other paperwork accurately and promptly.

1. Workspace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

1. Pick-up and delivery driving: Need to have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive to vendors and customers up to an hour away.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications.

• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.

• Dedication to workplace safety and compliance with safety guidelines.
