Job summary

Online Labels Group in Sparks, NV is seeking a Production Associate to operate a flexographic press and perform die cutting for blank label and sticker solutions. The role requires attention to margins, die cut depths, and maintaining production flow with timely communication to supervisors.

The position offers a Monday-Thursday shift 5:30am-4:00pm, starting pay of $18.00–$19.00 per hour, and a $500 sign-on bonus, plus medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, holiday pay, and

Responsibilities

• Operate a flexographic press to produce high-quality blank sheet and roll labels.
• Double-check the copy for accuracy of margins and die cut depths.
• Review work order notes and identify priority work orders to ensure timely production.
• Inspect and clean press parts on a regular basis and report a need for repairs/maintenance.
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

Production Associates are operators who work with basic flexographic and die cutting processes to die cut customized blank label and sticker solutions.

Shift Available

Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm.

Training Shift

TBD at time of offer.

Pay

$18.00-$19.00/hour to start.

Physical Demands
