Redwood Materials is hiring for the position of Production Associate. This role involves supporting production operations through material handling, equipment operation, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate and train on manufacturing equipment such as shredders, mills, and material screening tools.
• Manage inventory, support material flow, and assist in physical inventory audits.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean work environment.
• Operate material movement equipment, including forklifts and PIT equipment.
• Follow safety protocols, including PPE usage and hazardous material handling.
• Support production goals by facilitating efficient material processing and shipment preparation.

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of hazardous materials, with HAZWOPER certification preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and working in PPE.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and sustainability.

Physical Requirements
