Join Staffmark as a Production Associate in Van Wert, OH, and be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations for safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
We're seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a clean, collaborative, and fast-paced production environment.



Pay: $17.00/hour



Shifts Available:



  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM



Job Responsibilities



  • Follow all company policies and procedures for safety and success

  • Adhere to ISO 14001 standards to reduce environmental impact

  • Report concerns through proper communication channels

  • Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities

  • Comply with IATF 16949 standards for quality management

  • Follow detailed work instructions (written and verbal)

  • Use hand and specialized gauges (micrometers, calipers, surfcom, etc.) to ensure product quality

  • Accurately record production data in computer systems or on paper

  • Meet daily performance targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery

  • Use basic tools (Allen wrench, pliers, screwdriver, etc.) for equipment upkeep

  • Assist other teams or shifts as needed to meet production goals
