Job summary

Integrity Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates and Production Associates in Reno, NV for on-site roles. The pay rate is up to $23.00/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

On-the-job training is provided, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assembling mechanical/electromechanical components, performing material handling, recording production data, and communicating status to the team.

About the Role

Support assembly and manufacturing by assembling mechanical/electromechanical components, following safety and quality standards. Perform material handling, complete production records, and communicate effectively with team members.

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Available Shift Times

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using drawings and instructions
• Complete daily production tasks and meet schedules
• Perform quality checks and handle materials safely
• Maintain accurate documentation and work area cleanliness
• Communicate production status and issues to team members

Key Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, sitting, or walking throughout shifts
• Ability to read work instructions and safety procedures in English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, including familiarity with tools, mechanical drawings, or quality documentation
