Job summary

Minnesota Industrial Coatings in Princeton, MN seeks a Production Associate to support the powder coating process and assembly line. You will hang items for coating, set up changing jobs, inspect parts for defects, and perform routine maintenance while keeping the line stocked and organized.

The role requires physical stamina, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 0-2 years' experience in manufacturing or powder coating facility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Hang product correctly on production line to go into the paint booth for powder coating.
• Set up jobs as they change throughout the day – adjust racking and rows and assemble on the line accordingly.
• Monitor for defects on raw and finished parts.
• Sand parts as needed.
• Perform daily and weekly PMs on production equipment.
• Monitor supply inventory and use proper materials to mask parts.
• Assemble finished parts after painting and pack with correct shipping information.
• Maintain shop floor housekeeping and clear line hooks at end of day.
