Job Description Summary
Reporting to Penn Live Arts’ Artistic Project Manager and supervised by various members of the full-time production team, the Production Associate is a part-time temporary position supporting event, digital, and performance-based needs of Penn Live Arts.
Applicants should have basic knowledge of technical theater or audio-visual practices, terms, and terminology.
Job Responsibilities
Depending on skills, additional tasks may include programming lighting, audio, or video equipment, livestream engineering, stage management, or assisting with stage carpentry.
Training opportunities are available for skill development.
These positions are scheduled as needed, with potential evening and weekend hours. Benefits are not included, and positions are not eligible for work under IATSE jurisdiction.

Pay Range: $7.25 - $22.00 hourly, based on qualifications and experience
