Job summary

Berlin Packaging is seeking a Production Associate to help assemble components, cap bottles, repack, and build kits to meet customer orders in a light production environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Production Associate

A Production Associate to aid in manufacturing goods in a light production environment to complete products for orders to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Accountabilities

• Quickly and efficiently assemble components, including capping bottles, repacking bottles and/or building kits of multiple components to maintain production levels.
• Work individually or as part of an assembly line, communicating with team members to ensure speed and accuracy to meet established metrics.
• Accurately record daily production with limited use of the company ERP system.
• Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
• Maintain an efficient and orderly production room while following all company and facility safety policies, procedures, and guidelines, and immediately reporting potentially hazardous situations.
• Support branch metrics to drive customer thrill.
• Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values.
• Other tasks as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
