Job summary

Berlin Packaging is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Day Shift. The role involves preparing ware for shipment, storing goods, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will contribute to a productive team, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and learn on the job. This position is not sponsor‑eligible and the company supports a smoke‑free workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learn.

Warehouse Associate – Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Prepare ware for shipment
• Prepare ware for storage in warehouse

Working Environment and Physical Requirements

Must be able to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 lbs and occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45 lbs through the warehouse environment.

Compensation

IL Base Pay Range: $19 – $22 USD
