Job summary

Berlin Packaging seeks a Warehouse Associate for a day shift to assist in preparing shipments and receiving product in a fast-paced warehouse. You will ensure accurate inventory, maintain an orderly space, and support the team while upholding Berlin Values of teamwork and productivity.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior warehouse experience, with focus on attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude. Safety and computer literacy are essential.

Warehouse Associate – Day Shift

Assist in the preparation of shipments and/or receipt of product in a day‑shift warehouse environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare ware for shipment
• Prepare ware for storage in warehouse
• Maintain an accurate account of inventory
• Maintain an efficient and orderly warehouse
• Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity and driving profitable results.
• Other tasks as required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Working Environment and Physical Requirements

Must be able to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 lbs and occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45 lbs through warehouse environment.

IL Base Pay Range: $19 USD – $22 USD
