Job summary

Patriot Industries in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Production Associate to join the assembly line and operate and clean factory equipment. The role requires standing on the production floor for the entire 8-hour shift and following safety standards.

You will perform production paperwork and inspect products while collaborating with the team. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Identify problems or malfunctions with machinery and equipment.
• Work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
• Use power tools to assemble and finish parts.
• Possess the physical strength and stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to assemble small and delicate product parts.
• Team player and collaborative mindset.
• Experience threading & bending metal pipe is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean factory equipment on the production line.
