Staffmark Group is hiring a Production Associate in Pardeeville, WI. You will support manufacturing operations by packing parts, performing inspections, and following quality and safety procedures. Shifts available: 1st Shift Mon-Thu 6:30 AM–3:00 PM and Fri 6:30 AM–2:30 PM; 2nd Shift Mon-Thu 2:45 PM–11:15 PM and Fri 2:30 PM–10:30 PM.

Pay is $22.12 per hour. A positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork are essential; training provided as needed.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is helpful but not required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions and quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork.

• Pack parts from presses or warehouses into cartons, bundles, or bags per customer specs.
• Perform checks and inspections based on customer requirements and procedures.
• Read and understand CQS books and part packouts.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support quality and safety policies.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Develop knowledge of parts, products, and quality requirements after training.
• Maintain reliable attendance and meet production expectations.

Pay Rate: $22.12 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 1st Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM, Friday 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
2nd Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday, 2:45 PM-11:15 PM, Friday 2:30 PM-10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Pack parts from presses or warehouse areas into cartons, bundles, or bags according to customer specifications.
• Perform required checks and inspections based on customer requirements, orders, and company procedures.
• Read and understand CQS books and part packouts.
• Follow manufacturing instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support Sonoco's quality and safety policies.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of company parts, products, and quality requirements after completing training.
• Maintain reliable attendance and consistently meet production expectations.
