Job summary

Traditions Performance Firearms is seeking a Production Associate to join our team in Old Saybrook, CT. The role involves following the production schedule and BOM, packaging bulk items, and assisting with shipping and material handling.

You will perform cycle counts and inventory updates and report to the Production Supervisor. The position emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and adaptability to changes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to push, pull or lift a minimum of 65 lbs.
• Stand on your feet all day.
• Basic reading and writing (English) and math ability required.

Responsibilities

• Package bulk items into saleable units within allotted timeframe.
• Accuracy check the work of others as needed.
• Sort and place materials on racks, bins, or shelves.
• Assist in shipping or material handling.

• Package bulk items into saleable units within an allotted timeframe
• Accuracy check the work of others as needed
• Sort and place materials on appropriate racks, bins, or shelves
• Assist in other areas such as shipping or material handling
• Assist in performing cycle counts and inventory updates
• Position reports to Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Ability to push, pull or lift minimum of 65 lbs.
• Ability to stand on your feet all day
• Basic reading and writing (English language) and math ability are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, detail oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to work alone or as a team member.
• Ability to adapt and provide fast response to changes.
• Regular attendance is required.
• May occasionally be required to work overtime.
