TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Production Associate at our Northlake, TX facility. The role supports the Production team with packaging, labeling, palletizing and workflow improvements to keep the line running efficiently.

The position is full-time, first shift, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime and weekend work as needed. Pay ranges from $18.93 to $20.01 per hour, plus our standard benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Job Description

About the Role

The Production Associate role at the Northlake location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Inspecting product and notify quality issues to operator or supervisor
• Taping, labeling, adjusting, and palletizing cases
• Coffee Bean dumping
• Trash pick-up and dumping
• Packing product on various types of equipment

Important Details

This is a full-time permanent role on 1st Shift, 8 hour shift structure, which operates from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday and Friday (Pay $18.93/hr - $20.01/hr).

About You

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• The ability to work overtime and weekends
